DMCA Policy

1. We Host Nothing
downloadxAI does not host, store, cache, or distribute any video files or other copyrighted content. The Site is a tool interface that, once launched, processes publicly accessible URLs at the user's own request, the same way a browser does. All content remains on the third-party servers it originates from.
2. Copyright Holders
We respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. If you believe content accessible through our tool infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice and we will act on it promptly.
3. How to Submit a Complaint
Send your notice by email to support@videodownloaderai.com with the subject line:
DMCA Takedown Request — [your company or legal name]
Your notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, URL of the original work, or other specific description).
- The exact URL(s) on the third-party site where the infringing material appears, so we can evaluate and block processing of that source if warranted.
- Your full legal name, organization (if any), physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- A physical or electronic signature.
4. Response Timeline
We acknowledge every compliant notice within 2 business days and complete our review within 7 business days. Where a complaint is valid, we will block the referenced source from being processed through our tool and notify you of the action taken.
5. Counter-Notices
If you believe a blocked source was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the same subject-line format ("DMCA Counter-Notice — [name]") including your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
6. Repeat Infringers
Where technically applicable, we maintain and enforce a policy of restricting access for users who repeatedly use the tool to infringe copyright.
